Light fever, lethargy

Anyone else feel like they run a light fever during their cycle?
for about a week and a half now I've been running warm along with some mild lethargy.

It really sucks, especially since I live in one of the hottest humidity places in the US our heat index is usually around 110 every day including the avg 81% humidity.

Does anyone know a trick to remove these side effects?
the only thing I've found that really works are hard core pain killers, but I'd like a different solution.????????

I had some e-mails on this from test enth powder that some are making or using and its causing that.

maybe this is not what is, but sit in front of tha air conditioner or get a spray bottle of water and put it on mist and sit in front of a fan..lol

no seriously try to get rest, you only heal when your resting.
If your body gets cool then it tries to heat up to compensate for it and thats a bad thing.

anything you both have in common that caould have caused it, using test?

Yeah I took yesterday off and just slept in and did nothing but sleep and eat.
got up bout 11 today and I do feel better.

Sometimes I start feeling really bad though, usually in the late afternoon around 5pm, and I don't no but sometimes I start feeling really really bad. I just need to adjust my rest periods probably. Plus I've had allot of stress lately.

Thanks for the feedback guys

ya ive been very sleepy for the past few days. its been hot hear as well and im sure that does not help!

the heat will killl ya and just drag ya down hope ya guys feel better..rest when its cool or get up early and do everything in the morning to save those afternoons for sleeping or rest..lol
I do that so i can stay out of the 108 degree heat..

I try to get to bed early and get up just before the sun and get my round the block walk in to warm up while having my coffee and then try to get as much done before the heat kicks in because then I literally have to just lock myself inside the house and wait for the sun to go down. I hate summers here.

I know the perfect thing...polyphenols. It is a naturally occurring substance in grape juice and green tea. You can purchase pills/capsules of it OTC. Be careful with this stuff though because it can cause a drastic drop in body temperature if you take too much. The effect is due to the regulation of your metabolism. I find that if I drink a good glass of 100% grape juice, I don't feel so hot (body temperature) for a while. Someone else may have more information on this.

BTW, I should say that the polyphenols is for the heat you feel, not the lethargy. I also get really hot after eating. I think many of us have really high metabolism which kicks in after we eat--kind of like stoking the fire. Sometimes when I go to bed, I'm sweating at 70 degrees F while my wife is freezing. I either sleep with a fan blowing on me or drink some grape juice.
