Shelf life of some profina

I got this profina that is little over a year old and has already been open by a friend but said its good to use. How much longer is this safe to use? It has a cloudy color to it.

it's cloudy? That's not a good sign...

Is it from a UG or was it home made?

Refilter and stick...its still good. The cloudiness is caused by some of the glue from the pellets getting thru the whatman, might have blown thru it.
