These are some good books to cement a good foundation is AS use and theology. Beleive me when I tell you, all the vets and MODs probably have over half these books and it is how we built a great base of knowledge...Also use search features on the boards. Don't ever be afaid to PM a vet or MOD to ask a question if you don't undestand. We are all here to help...and give back to the Bodybuilding Cummunity what it has given to us...A healthy wonderful life!!!
Legal Muscle would be a good book to read especially to the wife or friends who had a negative view of AS. It would convert them in a heart beat!!! It is very inspirational.
Chemical Muscle Enhancement and also Building the Perfect Beast both by Author Rea is a very good book and easy to read. It will supply with lots of information to look up and get further details on. Excellent base to start expanding your knowledge on.
Layman's Guide ot Steroids is a book you can buy, but it is usually pretty easy to download from e-mule or Limewire. It is explains things in simple to read and understand terms. It is a good starting point. It breaks down the complicated science of bodybuilding into a easy to read book using analogies to relate the said topic to the reader.
World Anabolic Reveiw is a good book to use as a quick reference in conjunciton with the web sites to stay current and on top of individual drug profiles. A good book to use to stack drugs and start making cycles yourself...Another is Anabolics 2002.
