I placed an order about 12 days ago and have heard no word or recieved any package. I have emailed him twice with no response? Is his bussiness still up and running?

If I do not recieve or hear something soon I'm blocking payment to his company and placing my order elsewhere. I've spent hundreds of dollars with this company and am disgusted witht he present customer service.

Anyone know? Also, what is his screenname on here???? i know he used to visit this board...chemsomethingor other i know...

Researchkits has turned into a scamer. I lost over $150.00 on this guy after I ordered some things - I did this despite warnings from other bros way back in Feburary. He answered my email when I was having problems using his billing screen, but once he had my money, never heard from him again or recieved any product!

rocky mountain is excellent...i use him exclusively now. i believe his website is still under construction, but if he sees this thread he can probably get in contact with you.
