Some people don't like the uneven release of the different esters in the sust, but I use it as a base often in bulks.
Some people like to use the enth instead, because it takes less time to kick in than the sust. I also hold more water with the sust.

it really depends on what you are trying to achieve from the use of each compound as to how it's gonna work for you.

competitive season ~ i would use enanthate
off season ~ i would use sust (sust can be a real water retaining compound)
 
Of course, in order to take full advantage of the propinate and phenlypropinate esters in sust, an ed or eod injection protocol is a must! Also the half life of the decanoate ester is incredibly long and I would not recomend it to anyone who is doing a short 6-8 week cycle and hoping for a speedy pct.

Since keeping steroid levels as steady as possible is the best way to prevent or minimize side effects such as acne, excess water retention, or gyno, I don't think front loading sust would be a good idea, and if you do not follow an ed or eod protocol you will have too many spikes in blood levels which could cause extra estrogen in you system and hence the increase in water retention in comparison to the enanthate ester.
 
If you use sus you better inject quite often like at the very most eod. Prisoner is dead on. I used sust two times a week on my first cycle and gained like 12 pounds in ten weeks. I could literally feel the changes in blood levels by the extremeness (hope that is a real word) of my pumps. Enan gave me good results. I gained the same amount on my second cycle with 800/ wk enan by qv with eq stacked so it was pretty quality muscle. Hard and little water hung on also. I used liquidex too with it.

2) I want to start a cycle beginning sept. I've only deca-durbolin.
I'm 33 male, 67 Kg, 180 cm. I've read 200 mg/week deca for 8 week can be a starter cycle. What u think?

3) What injectable i can safely add to deca-durabolin.

4) will I become full of water? if yes, what i can take to eliminate water ? herbal diuretic ?

5) for liver protection i've read about "Liv 52" and Hepatis (made by Poland company) and "Milk Thistle"

6) how about Vitamins (E , C ), and minerals daily dosages.

7) will I lost my hair? what you do for hair ?

8) what side effects (psychological, physical) you experiment most?

you haven't built a base yet to be using steroids IMHO. i weigh more than you and im 5 feet tall.

IMO, your diet or training must be out of whack, you should re-access them....print them up, maybe we can help:)

I eat cork flakes + protein in the morning, usually 2 meals fish+ pasta, protein shake 2 times a day + glutamine, i take almost no fat in my diet.

I'm 33, I don't have time to wait, probably i'm hard gainer ?

you NEED to increase fat intake in you are a slow gainer ESPECIALLY!!!!

are you using an EFA (essentail fatty acid?) you should be, about 4 tablespoons a day.

you need to keep better track of you food consumption.

~2gms of proten per lb. of body weight (if not, more!)
~flax seed oil 4-5 times a day
~MORE CALORIES!!!!!

you just arent eating enough, and if you start a cycle with the amount of food you are eating here, you will see very little in the way of "gains"......

EOD- every other day.
MPB- Male Pattern Baldness

I would start with listing your diet every day for a week.
How many calories do you intake a day?
Even with impatience the AS will not give you what you need.
It would be a waste of time....
 
Inky, the one most important thing you can do is to increase your total calories and total protein you are taking in. As mmx2 said, write that down.

One thing I didn't see is how long you have been training. Quanto tempo vi siete esercitati o addestrate? When I started training (again), I was 28 years old, 130 lbs (59 kilo), 6' (180 cm) tall. I trained before that age since I was in high school, but I would train a few months then stop. Only at 28 years old did I finally stick with it. I trained hard for 3 years, increasing my calories and used creatine to finally make it to 150-155 lbs (68-70.5 kilo). It was only after that time I couldn't get any further, and I was actually diagnosed with low testosterone levels and started on testosterone cypionate 300 mg / bi-weekly. My weight jumped to 180 lbs (81.8 kilo) in six months after that, but I already had a base to build on. By this December I will have trained solidly for 8 years, and I currently weigh 195-200 lbs (88.6-91 kilo).
 
Inky, just to throw you a bone here, 200 mg of nandrolone decanoate a week will be just enough to suppress you natural test production, but not enough to give you any gains worth writing home about. In addition to this you could verywell lose the fuction of you penis for a long time on a protocol like this. I suggest you begin doing some research on the topic before taking a nose dive into it. And don't blindly follow somebody's advice because your knowledge level is so deficient in this area that you wouldn't be able to distinguish the difference between good advice or bad advice. There are some good internet resources to help you get started on research, pm me and I will point you in the right direction.

get around 5 years under your belt and then consider doing a cycle....steroids are NOT magic...you will may do considerable damage to your body if you start now, you haven't the receptors available in your body to be using steroids, you will get sides like CRAZY!

please post your diet/training so we can help you.
 
I have to agree with QoD- you really need to get more time in building a foundation to build muscle on. I think at this stage, you will do more harm than good.
Trust me , been there, done that..
