aerobic work

i'm 33. should i do aerobic work? i've read that steroids rise bad cholesterol. What measures you take for that?
 
Cardio is always a good idea but to be specific it depends on what you're on and for how long and if you currently have high cholesterol. You can help keep it in check with diet somewhat but Cardio is the best thing for you.... give your stats and your cycle and the bro's on here will be able to help you better
 
Steroids over a long period of time can contribute to what is commonly known as "hardening of the arteries".

What is a long period of time?? This statement has been made as a warning for people on long term hormone replacement.

How would you prevent the LDL from rising? Do small cycles....don't stay on it the rest of your life. Eat foods that raise the HDL.


Do you need cardio? Everyone does.
 
Some weightlifters poo poo the idea of running, swimming, and other aerobic activity, they say it 'burns' the mass off your muscle but I can't stop doing my aerobic excercizes, it makes me feel alot better and relaxes me where weightlifting tends to tense me up and I need the swimming to relax me..
 
cardio is excellent on cycle..if bulkin maybe 2-3 low intensity days say 20-30mins a pop,this will help with blood pressure and keep the ticker workin smoothly....
