MY KIDNEYS? Please answer quickly

Im a cycle of test 250 and deca 300. I took combo of test 200 and the 250. i had 2.5cc left of the 200. all together i took 1000mg of test and 450mg of deca in one day. i took it last tuesday and my gettin a annoying pain (not to painful) but constant in my right side of my lower back. this will also be my 5th cycle in 10 months. is there anything i can do to help my kidneys besides water?
 
Kurupt, those are the early signs that your kidneys are taking a pounding. I know from experience if you continue going along with cycle the pains could get worse on both sides. Next thing you will be pissing razor blades, lethargic as hell and your piss starts looking really dark, almost brown. I know it sucks, but I would give your body a break. Start taking what you would use for post-cycle now and take a break.
 
And you need to go to the clinic and have a complete hormone, glycemic, liver and kidney check. 10 MONTHS. Hell you might even be a diabetic (albeit temporarily).

load up on cranberry juice, also, milk thistle WILL help you kidneys to a degree.....

but....

you need to see a physician.

TONS of water....cranberry, well at least a few glasses a day.

i just read an interesting article on cranberries and blueberries....seems these two berries contain an "unknown" compound that is very beneficial to the body....but it is an unknown compound....

go see a doc. Queenie's order;)
 
Lots of water and cranberry....they are right on the money....you should be drinking like a jug of cran a day on cycle anyway...ha!Ha!
 
Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day. While cranberry helps by keeping bacteria from adhering to your mucosal lining of your kidney and urinary tract I wouldn't rely on it soley.
I usually mix half (real)cranberry and half water just for the extra taste and hell, what could it hurt to add it.
Also, look into Milk Thistle, Alpha Liphoic Acid, Golden Rod and Parsley.

The most important part tho is drink a gallon a day.

Im curious, can you explain why he could be diabetic temporarily?
 
If you use androgens and certain fat loss substances for long periods (lets say massive amounts of CLA for this discussion) insulin resistance can build up to the extent that temporary diabetic like effects can happen if your genetics tend that way..
 
I agree with the cranberry, I usualy water it down a little to keep from getting a little to regular if you know what I mean.

on the diabetic topic i eat alot of rice cakes, rice, shredded potatoes, and oatmeal and greens(vegs). thoughs are the variety of carbohydrates i eat a day and i eat around 5 to 600 a day. im bulking so thats y there so high. proteins is around 2gms per pound i weigh 210 with 11%BF. im always kinda sluggish in the morning and get headaches quite abit, but my blood pressure is good. my back always gets hot but it could be from sittin in the chair at work but it seems like my whole body begans to get warm
