PLEASE any feedback appreciated please share thnks guys

could be bone growth for the sore hands and tightness bro, as for the bruising still being there from banging the rail i honestly do not know bro

The bruising from banging the rail being there still is probably just you didn't realize how hard you atually hit the rail. In actuality you should be healing from injuries faster while on cycle. The GH will cause bone growth if the growth platelets have not already closed. Also GH actually increases the amount of muscle cells instead of increasing the size of them like AS, so this could be related to the bone soreness too. The added pressure and density of the muscles on the bones and joints...

But for the most part I am impressed by your gains and it looks like you are keeping a very accurate account of your cycle journal. It is much to be said about the time and effort you have put into researching the info on this site and putting it to good use. Anyway I can be of assistance, don't hesitate to ask.

May the Iron Be Good2U!!
