I just took a shot

Hey whats up youll i just got a shot like 2 weeks ago and there is still a lump there. my leg is swollen well just the area. its a little red and a little warm. its just a big lump on my but where the shot was given. you guys think there is something wrong or is it normal

wait until after you take the medicine the doc gives you for your infections. i'd imagine it will go away with this medicine.

unless its test suspension, yeah its infected, homemade gear pre-made let us know its important.

My bro just had something similiar with some stuff from a well known source.
oh yeah that can happen with winny too...did me, but not infected and it was in water, fuckin BEEEEIIITTCCCHHH! it hurt!

I am an insulin dependant diabetic....I take a minimum of 3 shots a day. Since I started supplementing with Olive Leaf Extract (cap them myself) I have never had an infection site last as an infection more than a few hours. It is inevitable with this many injections that there will be infections especially with the compromised immune system of a diabetic.

I have never have an infection..knock on wood. I am just careful about the gear I use, changing needles, taking a shower before injeciton, and also preping the site with alchohol swabs. This will limit infection as well as what the other said.

hey I just had that same problem saturday with a sust injection, but the lump and soreness only lasted 2 days:
I don't do my own injections-instead I go to this little clinic where they do them for me for about a buck..anyways usually when she does it I can hardly feel anything and she has to tell me she's done because I didn't even feel the needle in my bum,-there is usually a little soreness that night and the next day.. but saturday morning she wasn't there and instead this guy did it and there was a little bit of pain during the injection, but that evening and night I had severe soreness in my bum and also some in my theigh, and I had to cancell my daily running that day..
the chic was back again yesterday so I got a perfect injection, this time there is virtually no pain at all and no soreness, just increased sex-drive OK!
guess that guy had no clue what he was doing, he was probably the janitor

If its infected (Abcessed) Antibiotics will kill the infection,but if you waited to long and puss has built up you may have to get it drained.And that is a most uncomfortable precedure.

Hey whats up its me i had to go to the ER to get the abcessed out now i got a hole on my but with a gauze sticking out of. it didnt hurt when they opened it (they numbed it). but now the pain is gone i can sit now. but my muscle is swollen from the infection. it was a pocket of puss half inche thick and almost 2 inches lenght. it would hurt, but now its gone i am taking anti-biotics with ibuprofen. i do loose alot of blood. i tried to clean it myself with out help, but too much blood keeps coming out for me to even clean it. i have to change the gauze on top just twice a day. would the muscle go back to normal?

symptoms of abscess
-fever
-lump (where shot was taken)
-puss (it will look like a bruise)

reason why i got infection
-dirty needle
-hit pore with hair (hair got pushed into skin)
