Clen and M1T questions

I'm new to both and have a few questions. I planned on doing a 2 week on / 2 week off with both, alternating between the two (when I'm not on one I'm on the other). Would it be better to do them simultaneously for the protein synthesizing? Also, I've read to do the 2 on / 2 off for the clen because your body gets used to it, but then elsewhere it said you can go 8-10 weeks at a shot - comments? I started taking the clen already and besides the typically posted sides, I have noticed an increased in cramping. Anyone else get this and what can I do about it? Potassium? Also, I usually do a warm up set or two of whatever I am doing of about half-weight for 10-15 reps, just to get the blood pumping before I move into working sets - but since starting the clen I have noticed that almost immediately upon moving into the working sets, although I feel the muscle working, I feel as if the tendons are straining somewhat as well (well before muscle exhaustion). Is that a typical side as well? Anything I should do different there?

For the M1T - I read to limit the cycle to 2 weeks, then elsewhere it said 4 weeks - what do you guys think? Additionally, I read that a 4AD should be taken with it to help with the lethargy ....... any suggestions on brands and dosage to use? I read the orals lose much of their effectiveness so that the dermals might be better? Comments?

Thanks.

Clen isnt anabolic and it is only anti-catabolic when on calorie restriction so it would depend on what your trying to do, If you are bulking then I wouldnt use it the same time as the M1T. Their are two types of clen, regualr clen can be used for 2 weeks, a clen with ketotifen added to it can be used for upwards of 12 weeks.

Supplemental potassium (350 to 800 mg) is an excellent idea.
Taurine, okg, alcar, biotin, ala, b-complex, c, e-gamma, lots of eggs, tuna, whey isolate-hydrolyzed (post work out), and fish oil would also be recommended.
