Has researchkits.com scamed anyone else

I see a few posts here and on alot of other boards about them scaming.

I have used them two or three times before, always got what I ordered and they had normal delivery times. I haven't used them for about a year though.

I thought I was scammmed, heard nothign for 2 weeks and got email yesterday saying I am getting my stuf in day or two, keep ya posted!

I had heard things about delays too, but recently have heard of alot of guys getting their stuff in the past few weeks.

I have done bussiness with them for years and always had good service, but then place an order 1 month ago and didn't get any word on it after repeated emails for roughly 25 days. Then my package arrived, but it came short. The guys who run it have never responded to my repeated emails...about 10 of them... I was very disgusted w/ their customer service... Those at fitnessgeared said they are super busy,,,but all I asked for was a response. All in all I got everything except part of my kit but it took about a month. I am not taking back all the shit I said about them on several boards because I have never heard from them. If they are too busy to answer emails and are out of stock or whatever they need to have an autoresponder stating what is going on or state so on their website in my opinion. If they are too busy to do one of those they need to hire others or forewarn people. I wouldn't call them *******s, but poor poor bussiness men. I have known at least one of the owner(s) through this site years ago, and am sad to see them start doing bussiness this way.

No we allow them to be called this because it is actual proof that this is happening as several MODs here have lost money to them also. Further more We have tried to resolve issues with them to no avail on several occassions!!!
