I am going to start taking no xplode in a few days and I know that on lifting days I am supposed to take 1-2 scoops before/ after workout but my question is do I just do this before weight lifting or should I take the scoops before physical activity in general. I play competetive ice hockey and I'm curious if I should take this product before I step on the ice or if I should just take it as an off day whenever I skate. Thanks in advance for help.
