GH for a runner?

I'm thinking of giving GH a try and wondering what some opinions on dosing and cycle length to see some results. My theory is that Growth would benefit the slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers equally and my VO2Max and lung capacity would increase permanently... what do you guys think?

not sure about those effects but with the sore joint side effects, you might want to find some other runners that have tried it.My hands and feet get a little sore from the stuff.
