First Cycle help

Hey all,

So I've finally decided to start a thread and ask for some help. Just a little background info. I'm 24 - 5'9" - 190 lbs. Been lifting for 8 years now, serious for the past 3. I'm looking for a good beginner cycle, have never used AAS before, but have been doing research on them for the past 2 years. I'm definitely trying to bulk up, put on some quality muscle...not too concerned about the body fat. It's prob around 12-15% right about now, only because I eat everything I see. I get about 300g protein daily, my diet is actually pretty decent. I've gone from 170 to 190 in the past 3 years so I figure I'm doing something right.

Anyways, I was thinking of something like:

D-Bol 1-4 30mg/day
Test Enan 1-10 500mg/week

Something simple like that. I know D-Bol isn't too popular with the bodybuilders, but figured I would throw it in there. Plus I have some...lol.

I've also been contemplating Test E/Deca or Deca/D-Bol/Test. Not sure how well this would be for a first cycle.

Obviously I would have some sort of PCT. Nolva/Clomid/HCG...some opinions on this would help. I've heard many different things on this...use Nolva & Clomid, using them together is a waste, Nolva/HCG, Clomid/HCG...I'm lost.

Any suggestions will be appreciated and if anyone actually read this whole thing, thanks for your time....lol.
 
Your cycle looks good and any of the options below were good also, you dont need any help there. For PCT clomid alone would work fine for that cycle. HCG would be used in a longer or bigger cycle, either at the middle or toward the end.
 
well, as far as what aas to use, that's really up to you. all three of your ideas will work, and put on some serious mass if your diet is good, if overall mass is what you want the test/deca/dbol would be best. my only other suggestions are: up protien to 400g/day, have your pct with you before you start your cycle, along with extra nolva incase of gyno. for pct i've always used nolva+hcg and it works for me.
 
Looks like you have done your research. That is great to see! You can't go wrong with Test, Deca and Dbol for your first cycle bro. That is what I used for my first, and I put on an incredible amount of weight. Not worrying about your weight and bodyfat during your first cycle is the only way to go. At your weight, I would up your protien intake to 450 grams or so. If you are able, get up in the middle of the night and drink a protien shake also. I seriously think it makes a huge difference to take in protien during the time your body is recovering...at night while sleeping. Good Luck, and keep us informed on your progress!

That looks like a good starter bro.I would run the dbol two more weeks though.Make sure you have some clomid and nolv on hand.I would also add the deca.
 
Nice, I'm glad to see someone has been doing their research. I think you hit the nail on the head with your first option, simple and sweet. Lovely.

You should probably keep nolva on hand for during the cycle but I doubt you'll need it. You never know though, see how your body reacts. I like Cordoba's PCT suggestion.
 
D-bol to jumpstart the cycle as Test Enathate tends to be slower acting. You could even run the D-bol everyday thorugh out the cycle at 30 mg/day to tell you the truth. You should start seeing significant gains around the 2-3 week mark.

These guys hit the nail right on the mark and I totally agree with them and can tell you have put alot of time and research into this cycle. Just make sure your training routine and diet are on point. The most important aspect of training that is commonly overlooked is make sure you get enough SLEEP!!! 8 hours per night minimum...this is when you grow!!!

Yep keep the first one simple, and HCG 2x a week at 250iu is a wonderful thing while on cycle, it'll make PCT go easy, and quite possibly only nolva is needed.

I don't think HCG is necessary...like jay said keep some nolva on hand during the cycle. You can also use an anti-aromatese like liquidex during your cycle to keep estrogen low.

Ok guys...I finally got my gear and have just a few more Q's to be on the safe side.

I've decided to go with

D-BOL 5 or 6 weeks at 30mg/day split into 3 doses.
TEST ENAN. 10 weeks at 500mg/week.

I'll have Nolva on hand and will use Clomid PCT, maybe both.

What other supplements should I be taking along with this and are they necessary? I've heard of Hawthorn Berry, Milk Thistle, and Liv52. Also I'm unsure on the dosages of these. Thanks bros!
 
i would run the dbol for 6 weeks. you will need something for your liver i use pro liver. it has milk thistle and n-acetyl-cysteine.
