please help me out on picking roids

im a 16 year old deffensive end 200lbs 6.1 and need to no wat are the best roids on the market ill spend much as i have to so if any 1 nows wat the best roids are please tell me need big gains and not many side effects i no 16 year olds arent suppose to take roids but o well creatine doesent seem to help me
 
Dude, your 16, absolutley not....there are so many other ways for you to suceed, you just need to find it.Diet, training regime is a must...you could set yourself up for future disaster in you life if you juice now.

hey thanks for the reply ya ive ben thinkin about it and to many kids die from that shit well is there any way to gain 10-30 lbs mussle in 2 months?
 
Not unless you truly have freaky genetics.
But that is not what you want for football anyway. What you want is extreme strength gains as fast as possible and "muscle" is related but not to the degree you think.
You can increase your basic football strength by concentrating on 4 lifts during the season and look for more all around building after the season.
To build fullback bruising defensive capability concentrate on bentleg deadlift, squat, slight bentover row, and incline press along with your regular season training. During season do 1 warm up set and 1 near failure set and 1 absolute failure set for each exercise 1 x week. If games are on friday then sunday is best lifting day. and eat whey isolate b4 and after workout and .9-1.3 gms of protein per pound of bodyweight each day as even spread out over 4 or more meals as you can manage.

And if you just must add an exercise then 1 set of L pullups with a weight gripped between your feet. lol.

I strongly suggest not using the Juice yet either. I will not advocate it nor encourage at your age. It is some good advice you are getting...it is alot of ways to gain weight and strength without Juice. I managed to have a 2 rep max of 275 lbs when I was your age. I did it all naturallly without using the gear. It is more about workout, diet, and training...the gear is such a minute part of the equation as any of the older vets can tell you. When you matering putting on strength from supplements(Legal ones), training, and the manipulation of your diet then you will be a freak w/out the gear!!!
