That's probably about what Ronnie ran his last cycle before the Olymipia. What did he gain like 40lbs of lean mass. Anyway, I'm not sure about this Presser dude. I think he is secretly gathering our ips and email addresses to sign us all up for Mary kay so he can get the pink cadillac. Actually I guess he's pretty okay for a admin guy. Just kidding.

I am so glad to hear you say that... I just about came when I saw all that gear, but hypothetically it won;t do shit if you don't have the ancillaries in place.
