How about this cycle?

I am going to do a test, tren, halo cycle. How many pounds will I expect to gain and will I look pretty hard and ripped if diet is good? I geuss tren and halo make you strong and hard.?I know the tren and halo are harsh but I am taking moderate-low doeses of each so I'll be aight. Am I good to go on a 10 week cycle of this? Oh this is my second cycle and I am 28@ 204 pds. First cycle was test and d-bol (250-week/30mg/day)
 
OK... i just finished a similar cycle but you need to make some modifications here...
I would not run halo 10 weeks- that is way too long. Running tren for 10 weeks is a little long here too.
Is this for a contest?
How many cals will you be intaking?
OK if this is for a show, I would recommend:

weeks 1-7 test 100mg EOD ( I am assuming you are either using prop( my choice) or suspension)
weeks 1-7 tren 75mg-100mg EOD
weeks 8-10 halo 20mg ED max spread out over 2 dosages morning and evening
2.5mg femara EOD

If not for a show:

weeks 1-10 test 100mg EOD ( I am assuming you are either using prop( my choice) or suspension)
weeks 1-7 tren 75mg-100mg EOD
weeks 8-10 halo 20mg ED max spread out over 2 dosages morning and evening
2.5mg femara EOD

You are still a newbie, and I like these options the best. But your diet , cardio will dictate the success of this cycle. The AS alone won't cut it, so you will have to be committed to a solid diet plan.
 
I am doing the secon one with about 3200-3500 cals./day and I will be aeting clean and do cardio. I am trying to get big, hard, vascular, and pretty defined.
 
You may have to come down on the cals to really see the definition but everyone is different. You will have to gauge that for yourself. Still eat clean, but if you have to limit the carbs like oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and the like do it the first few meals ( 1-3) of the day.
 
If your goal is mass, this cycle isn't for you. This cycle will yeild definition and strenght gains without much wieght gain. Its more for changing body composition. Can't do both in one cycle, its an either or situation.
 
what, do I need d-bol in it or what? I want to get big but just not puffy(semi-cut)ya know? what about test, tren, deca?

When you say big , what do you mean big??halo is a very androgenic substance.....excellent for strength but not much for big size gains........if strength and solid mass is your goal....without worry of contest prep then 30-40mg/day halo and 500mg/enanthate will bring on nice mass gains, but I wouldn't go longer than 8 weeks on this combo .

fina/deca can be an excellent mixture as well....just my .02
