chest question

I worked out my chest yesterday with some pushups because I was bored at work. Nothing too crazy. Today is my chest/back day. Should I just do back or work chest anyway? thanks.
 
First of all, this thread should probably be moved to the training forum--and secondly to answer your question: Just gauge how you feel. If you feel you could do chest work, do some. There is no real exact formula to how you exercise.
 
how many pushups did you do? if you did so many as to call it a chest workout then I would go easy on chest but I do pushups 4 or 5 days a week, you're recruiting your slow twitch muscle fibers and not your fast twitch depending on how fast you do them...

I would do chest as any other chest day personally
