With all the gear you may or may not use, with all the clen you may or may not use, with all the ECA's you may or may not use, do you take anthing REGULARLY to help you sleep?

I take generic PM's. There is nothing worse than being extremely beat from a DC workout and laying in bed for hours trying to get to sleep and not being able to.

I only wish I didn't wake up so groggy. Even if I only take one pill or even a half, in the morning I feel like shit.

I work night shift....6pm-6am. So I always end up using'em. Yes certain androgens also screw u up on sleep. What I find most effective is unisom (doxyamil succinate)....I only use 1/2 a tab before bed and it helps get me to sleep.....feel great upon awakening. If I take the whole thing, I find it hard to get going.

The other thing that works great , but takes a little longer to take effect is benedryl....but does work.

Also try melatonin, 5-htp, zma ect....high doses of mag(1gr) have also helped.

When all else fails, make sure to eat (protein/fat) then get some pussy....you'll be out like a lite.:D

When I'm off a cycle, I don't take anything regularly. I plow thru the benadryl while on fina though. 2-3 a night. Not only helps you get to sleep, but it helps you go back to sleep quik when you wake up drenched in sweat or terrified from the dream you just had about killing all your friends

I used to take a tylenol PM which has a small amount of diphenhydramine in it. That would knock me out, but l would wake up really groggy in the morning. Now I use GABA which doesn't have groggy effect--much better!!

i agree with scorpio. zma is good too. i used it for a while and it really helped me sleep. but it was a weird sleep though; i would close my eyes and the next thing it would be morning. but you have to be careful to take it on an empty stomach with no dairy or it won't be absorbed fast enough and you will be fighting to stay awake the next day.

I use melatonin or klonopin. Klonopin - for me - provides the best sleep but it's not the type of thing you'd want to use every night. Works great with occasional usage and has a long half life so, it'll get you all the way through the night. Also, makes you calm as a baby and have used it to reduce the initial jitters of clen.

As it is, I always feel tired when I wake up. I sleep like crap most of the time. I have trouble going to sleep mainly...once I'm asleep I good to go....if I wake up though I have a horrible time getting back to sleep. Sleeping pills make me feel like shit, but taking 1/2 of a valium in the evening helped so much. I slept well, less anxiety, I didn't wake up feeling groggy, because I was just taking such a small amount.

yeah, if you just need something now and then, I go with the benzodiazapines like Klonopin or Valium. As long as you stick with low dosages and don't take them everynight, I sleep better than a baby. But if you need something everynight, I'd probably go with the melatonin.
