Dehydration

One of the problems with dehydration is that many times you do not know it till you collapse. Safest is to keep plenty of fluids available and drink when thirsty. Yellow urine has nothing to do with dehydration. I take large amounts of B vitamins and one of them turn urine very yellow.
Technically when you stop sweating in heat or during strenous work you are taking dehydration damage to the body and are risking death.
 
well for the most part you can gauge dehydration by urine color, but b vitamins will color it yellow so coldheartbear is technically right. but like i said, for most instances it can give u a good idea. shit i can feel dry.

FYI: those drug screen passing drinks contain massive amounts of creatine to fuck up the test and massive b vitamins so your urine does not appear diluted after you drink a lot of water.
 
My urine tastes like playdough when I am dehydrated........ I mean, I have no idea how to tell for sure.
If you are not preparing for a show then your fluid consumption should be high enough to prevent dehydration. 1-2 gallons of water per day. Always listen to your body.

Symptoms

1. Yellow or Orange urine.
2. Dry mouth "Cotton Mouth"
3. Rapid heart rate
4. High/low blood pressure
5. Fatigue/ Very tired
5. Anxiety- Can get very anxious and with heat rate speeding up this can cause you to get very nervous, the shakes etc....


Those are main symptoms to watch out for, I was in the hospital for this and it was not fun they had me on an IV for three days pumping fluids back into my system. Just drink up bro and dont stop get a least a gallon or more of water into your system.
