The Best Time to take Suppliments?

whats up guys, im just getting in the proper eating cycle, im doing pretty well on my reginmine, if i even spelled that correctly, im eating alot at least 4 times a day, i was a little confused though on one thing i got some N-Large2 for a great price, out here in chicago, near the suburbs it is a nutriention store, called Nutrietion Discounters, if any of you guys are out this way, they sale everything gnc would have and more for great prices, i only paid $20 for my NLarge2 and thats for the tub, but anyway im taking my NLarge2 and eating just about every 2 to 3 hrs, my question if you guys could help, when is it the best to take my Nlarge2? after i eat before i eat? after i work out or before? and if i do this right how much weight should i gain in the next two weeks? and also im working out only once a day so far, but very intensely? and eating a high in calorie and protien diet. Thanks for the help guys.
 
N-Large2 I believe is a weight gainer made by ProLab. I have heard both good and bad things about it. I assume it's very good when wanting a high-calorie/protein diet. If it is the only protein source other than food, I would take it 3-4 times a day spread throughout the day...doesn't really matter when you take it. Make sure one of the times is within a 1/2 hour after you workout to get the protein. I currently drink 4 protein shakes a day, when I wake up, after my workout, before I go to bed, and one other time whenever I can fit it in. N-Large really isn't a miracle supplement...don't expect to gain much in two weeks, especially if that is all you are taking. It is a good start though if you want to gain weight...it will definitely help. Also read up on overtraining...working out everyday (intensely) is not the best option.
 
Appreciate the insite guys what other suppliments that will give me results that is can i take along with my N-Large2 and i have cut down on my workouts as well to give myself some recovery time, i agree with you on that, but if you know of anything that will help me gain a good amount of weight let me know. Thanks.
 
what aare your stats bro? Age? Current weight? How long have you been lifting? There's a lot of info on supps and drugs here if you search and a ton of good bro's on here willing to help if you provide the proper info.

A once a day workout is plenty, intensely for around 60 minutes, you dont want to overtrain, and keep the workouts no more than 4 times a week (this is based on my personal expirence, and data).For me, creatine was the best supplement to help in gaining weight ,strength, and endurance(without chemicals).A creatine product, + dextrose+whey after a workout is the way to work it.Keep you protien at 1.5- 2gms per lb of body weight, and don't forget the carbs...this is the biggest mistake made when it comes to gaining weight, low carbs..no no no.
