help... i'm losing weight

ok long story...
was given -yes free- some tren/prop/enan to try and no, this was not my first cycle but it was my first run at tren... was getting some pretty decent results too in stregth and size... but woke up one morning with some of the ol nipple sensitivity, to be honest i was shocked - i've run prop and other test at much higher doses before without the slightest twinge of sensitivity...

ok.. this is where i really F'd up, i admit it - try to resist the urge to lecture me on this part... i started my cycle foolishly thinking i wasn't succeptible to gyno cuz of past experiences and i had NO nolva on hand... so when the early symptoms hit i stopped the cycle cold and tried some OTC anti-estrogen and DIM... well after about five days my ol nips were back to normal - whew ! ! !

now i can't seem to stop losing weight... WTF is going on ???
i am now five pounds below my starting weight for this cycle and am afraid i may lose more... now wait, there's more... the weight loss isn't all bad because my strength hasn't gone down and i am getting very ripped and vascular, i have veins popping out in places i didn't know i had veins - LOL... BUT that is not the direction i want to be heading right now... i want to be making size and stregth gains...

any thoughts or advise would be greatly appreciated... l

and if your wondering i am currently on a 2500 cal/day, pretty clean diet with approx 50%pro/35%carbs/15%fat... my bodyweight is down to 195 (i'm 5'9")...

i have more of this blend and the all gear for my next cycle... just need to wait for my anti-e this time and want to give my hpta ample recovery time even though this wasn't a full cycle... so it will be a few more weeks before i am able to run again just looking for an interim solution to stop this trend.

thanks

Need to know the dosages you were taking, but offhand, what you were taking doesn't exactly sound like a major bulking cycle, especially since you say it wasn't a full cycle--others here will know for sure. 2500 cal/day also sounds really light if you are trying to make size and strength gains. I'm trying to eat just over 3000 cal/day, and I'm 6' 195 (trying to eat more still). You have to be eating enough calories to even at least maintain your weight. Are you trying to lose bodyfat by only eating 2500/day?

the dose was 100mg tren/50mg prop/50mg enan daily...

and it wasn't really intended to be a bulker, personally i bulk best on test / deca... i was really only expecting modest gains but wanted to stay lean through summer... i was actually kinda surprised by the gains i did make, i bumped up to 210... ten pounds in under 5 weeks while on a relatively low calorie diet was pretty impressive to me... actually i will probably run this blend again soon as a bulker with a lil extra test thrown in but never again without nolva...

yeah the 2500 is kinda low but i've never lost weight in this range before i usually maintain... i will bump back over 4000 over the next month then do a bulking cycle...

the big surprise/issue for me is that i am now at a weight lower than before i started this cycle but diet and exercise wise i am doing the same thing i did previously... actually i've kept the strength gains i made during the cycle... i shoulder pressed (smith machine BTN) 275 for reps the other day, may not be huge for everyone on this board but it is a personal best for me and at a much lower body weight than most of my personal best...

i am just concerned that i kicked off some kind of catabolic effect and want to stop it asap... i know some would say who the F cares, you have your strength and are leaner... but i need to keep that weight, i am a chronically skinny person and it messes with your head bad when your weight starts to plummet...

damn, i start rambling when i type... sorry

If I'm not mistaken, tren will make you gain muscle/strength even with a caloric deficit. You stopped cold and was immediately in a catabolic state in which you probably should have upped your calories to compensate.

Even though we weigh the same, you're a lot bigger and stronger than me so I won't dismiss a shoulder press of 275 for reps. That's a lot more than I can do (only 140 though I stand for mine).

bro....you need a lot more calories. I'm surprised that you were even able to maintain your bodyweight before with that many calories. You need at least 3500 per day to grow...

ok... so i guess the consensus is to eat more..
fine, i will crank the calories back up...

seriously though, thanks for the responses... i always get freaked out when my body reacts in a way i didn't anticipate but i shoulda realized when i stopped cold i would have to up the calories... all too simple in retrospect.. LOL (at myself)

I'll start off by saying 5'9" 195 isnt small, and as everyone else said you need more calories, 3500 would be the minimum. 2500 calories would be good for cutting.

Not to repeat what everyone else is saying I'll throw this at you...

Ok there's a ton more experienced bro's on here but a theory to some of the weight loss could probably be that you gained a lot of that 10 pounds in 5 weeks in water weight... once you started PCT it shed the water from you quick.... but in that time your strength went up and you probably did gain muscle weight now that you're post - PCT you're more vascular than ever
