sup guys...im new here...heard from a friend and so im here now...and i ve got a few questions...ok ive taken Creadrive by GNC and im Taking Krynofar or Krynovar..right now...in a week or 2 me and 2 friends are going on a cycle of M-1T and i was wondering what i should expect...i weigh btwn 170-180 i squat 350- bench 190 hangcling 185....i want to get stronger bigger and see more defintion...i work out everyday...and what is tha best work out for triceps and lower abs...thanx
 
best tricep workout...
4 sets french press
4 sets close grip bench
4 sets push downs-superset with reverse push down...
i do tris once a week,remember chest and shoulders can give your tris quite a work out;
i train biceps and triceps the same day
tri/bi tri /bi ect.after 25 years experance i found this to give outrages pump.
