Here are some of my stats

5 "11"

185 lbs

I play college football and I want to gain some good solid mass and strength gains. I am going to go on a cycle with dbol, deca, and test e. Does anyone know the best way to stack these. I always eat 4 solid meals a day. But with practice, Im never really getting any bigger. In the gym everyday at 5 30 am, but just cant gain any weight. Thanks
 
test 500 wk 1-12
deca 400 wk 1-12
dbol 30mg daily wks 1-6

EAT MORE. shakes and protein bars are going to become your best freinds. minimum of 6 meals with 300g of protein. Slam a shake when you wake up at night, you won't grow on or off gear without uping you calorie intake.
 
depends how much of each ya have, but i would say:

500mgs week test (atleast 10-12 weeks)
400 mgs a week dec (atleast 10-12 weeks)
30-50mg a week dbol (no longer then the first 3-4 weeks then drop it)

you also might not be gaining because ur working out so early most likly on not enough food prior to ur workout, but its hard to say for certain , just my opinion ya know.

ALSO DECA WILL BE IN UR DRUG TEST FOR UP TO 18 MONTHS IF UR BEING TESTES FOR COLLEGE BAL I WOULD SUGEST NOT DOING THE DECA AND ALSO CHANGING THE LONG ACTING TEST E ESTER INTO THE SHORT ESTHER OF PROP OR SUSPENSION
 
I agree with presser on the testing issue. You need to use a shorter acting ester to avoid getting popped. And Deca is not the right choice for your position. I also agree with Brew on getting more calories and protien in your diet.
 
Tren would be my next choice after deca. I beleive detect time is 3-4 weeks. Your gonna have to go through alot of injections with shorter esters. And you should inject tren at least EOD.
 
tren,dbol,susp and prop are a tested atheletes best friend...gotta bump the boys above..
