What do you guys feel is the best way to go about a body building lift regime? I have been training each exercise with 3 sets, dropping the reps from 12/8/5 for each exercise....usually have 3-4 exercises per muscle group. When I drop sets, I obviously increase the weight as well. What do you guys think? I have been getting some real nice gains but would sticking with a set # of reps be more beneficial?
