third cycle

just have a quick question... I'm not trying to put on anymore than about 20 lbs...on a four week cycle of d-bol... about 35mg in the peak... as for the clomid not sure how long to wait until i take it... i was recommended two weeks??? any ideas

will be on a bulking diet... 250-275g of protein e/d
working out four times a week...
moderate cardio...

What did your other 2 cycles consist of?
I am not big on all oral cycles like dbol- although you can keep some of the gains even with PCT, I will find it hard pressed that you will keep all the gains- most gains will be from water which will dissipate once you come off. What is your caloric intake?
Standard PCT for clomid is 3 weeks...

bump you literally piss the gains out..gives us your previous cycles and lets take it form there
 
I never do cardio while bulking. The most you can expect to keep is 1-5lbs if your lucky. Strengh is actually pretty good and may keep most of it. My partner's brother did a dbol only cycle for 4wks gained 12lbs kepts less than halve. But said he was still pretty strong. Your results maybe better or worse.
 
just a dbol cycle no no no first ur liver will get mad at u and u have to have like test or something else...just get some more gear and make a real cycle man imo

previous cycles consisted of dbol and sus 250 for the first and the second was a small cycle of just d-bol like you said i lost almost everything from the second cycle...

This is true- you piss away a lot of the gains. I really don't like dbol unless it kick starts a cycle... If you want moderate gains, I like a cycle like a test(like prop), winny, and tren or even something like test and tren or test and Equipose. A lot of options....
