i stopped working out for one month because of school and i ran out of my supplements. now i want to get back on track!! the problem is i want to start a new method of strength building while loosing weight. i need some advice. i weigh 174 pounds i am 5 feet 4 inches. i want to keep my muscle and my strength. i dont like a low carb style. i used to use it for loosing weight. the more carbs i reject the more down i feel. it makes me feel like i hit my plateu. what can i do. i want to get back.i need your help. i also want to set up a group like this forum for every one who joins the club can always check up on each other making sure we are doing our training. email me plz if interested i need help setting it up. two heads are better than one. help me i help you cmon lets do it:)
 
Look into dante's DoggCrapp training...run a search on here on that and strength trainin programs
 
I can see that you may have taken a month off because of a hectic schedule from school, etc. But I hope "running out of supliments" did not factor in at all with you taking time off.
