I too have problems with acne, on and off cycle, especially PCT. I started taking 10g of b5 (split up into 3 doses) everyday about 4 months ago. About 1 month after I started I noticed that my skin wasn't as oily and I had less breakouts. When I got off of my Tren/Prop cycle I was for sure that I would blow up with acne, but didn't. I also try to drink as much water as possible. Something else that helps is to get your test levels back to normal at a steady rate, but as quickly as possible. During my PCT I use at least 7500mg of Tribulus Terrestris and 450mg of ZMA to help along with the Nolvadex in a quicker and more natural and stable recovery of my HPTA. I have noticed since I've done this that my breakouts aren't as bad (pimple here and there) and I recover more quickly than I did with just nolvadex in PCT. Take at least two showers per day, change your sheets at least eod, and change towels at least daily. Use antibacterial body wash or soap to wash with in the shower and some kind of special wash that is gentle on your skin for your face. People tend to think if they scrub there face they will clean out the pores better. All they are really doing is shoving more dead skin into the pores and irritating the skin at the same time causing acne. Be gentle with it.
