Hi everyone,my name is Freddie I'm 20 years old and I'm from South Africa.
I need some help on my first cycle as I've been on it for 3 weeks and I have not seen or felt any results yet.
Sunday 1ml Eq + 1ml Testan 100
Monday 2ml Depotrone
Tuesday 1ml Eq + 1ml Testan 100
Wednesday 2ml Depotrone
ThursDay 1ml Eq + 1ml Testan 100
My diet is as follows:
400g (White Rice)
400g (Pilchards)
400g (Pasta)
150g (Sweet Pato)
100g (PineApple)
1 serving of Weigh Protein directly after working out
6 servings of USN Muscle Fuel Dynamic
4 servings of USN Creatine hds
4 Servings of USN Pure Protein
3 liters of water
I divide this into between 6 and 8 meals a day.
I go to the gym Everyday from Monday to SaturDay
I have a 3 day training split which I change every 3rd week so that the muscle's don't get to used to the routine.
I've been doing this now for almost 4 weeks and I have not noticed any wieght,size or strentgh gains.
I realy train hard and I always follow the diet.
What am I doing wrong ?
