Im gettin ready to do a deca, dbol, test cycle. How much protein, carbs, fat, and calories should I be eating a day. I am really going to try and bulk up.
 
According to the amount of each substance you probaly need at least 2 grams of protein per kilo of mass your presently carrying. At least 30% of your calories should be a good mix of fats, and just enough carbs to replace glycogen stores without putting on a lot of fat that you will have to work off later.

How much do you weigh? What's your bodyfat %? What's your diet look like right now?
 
Eat, eat, eat and then eat some more. If you aren't sick of eating then you aren't eating enough. Get your protein from whole foods as well as MRPs. Eggs, chicken, beef and fish. If you are bulking then don't limit your carbs too much. If you are concerned about too much carbs then use more complex carbs (brown rice, oatmeal, sweet pots). Don't forget your greens, fiber. A good multi vitamin as well.
