Clomid used 50 mg/day post cycle for 3 weeks will get your body back to normal levels. I would have Nolvadex on hand toward the end of cycle to combat against gynocomastia, but only if you have the onset of symptoms.
But you should be fine using the PCT for 3 weeks.
If you do use Nolvadex, take it teh last 2-3 week of the cycle at 10mg/day. If you still have sore nipples after teh first week bump that up to 20 mg/day. Only if you have symptoms though, otherwise keep the nolvadex in the pack.
