Am I needing to bump up my cycle?

What up? I would like some info. After reading some of the threads that have been posted, I am wondering if I am needing to bump up my game. I have been off any supplement for almost two years (blown disc in lumbar), and now beginning to resume what I call training. I have been maintaining for the past year and half. Three weeks ago I started my cycle up. I only do 500mg. enanthenate/week for the first 3 wks. I then stack it with Dbol (40mg/day). To me I feel like I am getting massive gains. However, I am considering stacking Winstrol 60mg/day instead of the Dbol. At my best (which I am not far from now) is 240lbs. 4% body fat at a 6'6" frame. My bench is 420lbs, I don't do heavy squats anymore (back), however I am doing barbell stepups, I have 19" arms with an all around good shape. Should I incorporate more supplements into my program? I am just asking. I am not so much new to bodybuilding, but some what ameraturous when taking anabolics. Any advice to pass along? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
 
if you've been completely off for 2 years 500mg will be fine. your body has had time to fully cleanse out and refresh itself. don't get too anxious for it all back at once...muscle memory is a wonderful thing, it'll be back soon.
 
Thanks for the encouragement. I am looking foward to hitting it hard again. I just typed Arnold's Mr. Olympia workout routine. I am going to give it a shot. INTENSE!!
 
good luck. but remeber, just because it worked for him, doesn't mean it will work for you. be consistent in training your ass off, and eating until you can't down another bite, and you'll see gains.
