As some of you might know i used to be a bouncer,last year i got runned over intentionally by a car outside of a club were i was working,i broke my shoulder,checkbone,few ribs.Everithing is fine now and i am waiting for the insurance money to make a huge cicle.While i wait for the money i looked what i have available at home and i came up whit this simple cycle,i weight 180 now ripped as hell and my goal is to get to 200(i used to be 230).
stats:6feet tall,180 pounds been lifting for 5 years.
diet:really clean 400grams pro.80fat(flax and oliveoil) 200 carbs.
cycle will be:
week 1-12 test enanth. 500xweek
week 1-4 dbol 30mg day
week1-16 letrozole(i have to decide dosage)
week14-17 clomid as usual
week12-16 igf 1 long 40mg day
plus:r-ala,taurine,multivitamins,creatine,glutamine,zma,cla,calcium and alc.
any suggestions?
