got a question for the workout experts

hey guys, i need some pretty good info. Im trying to gain A LOT of weight quick if possible, and im trying to get thicker than i am now, what kind of workouts and reps should i do, and what kinda diet should i go for, like a list of stuff that i could eat to gain a lot of weight, thanks bros
 
I haven't tried DC, heard good things though. I would eat 40 40 20 pro carbs fat and stick to power movement/compound. Deads military squats warm up good then samsh weight low reps heavier then hell. Have a shake in the fridge, when you wake up at nigh pound that baby. Intake is gonna be the key.

the problem is that some people are not patient enough to see the DC progtam through but it is a good program.
I am using it this fall to add more mass for next competition season.

4-6 rep country.
1 to 2 exercises per body part
1 to 2 sets per exercise
2-3 times per week

squats,
hacks, decline and incline press, lots of abs, lats, rowing. These should be your focus.

Eats lots of protein -- then eat more.
