Hey guys, whats a good T3 cycle? how much, how often?

Ok guys, been dieting for about 12 weeks now and lost all the way down to 12%. Would like to go between 7 and 8% and going to use some T3. I am 5ft 9inch and weigh 224 so i need to loose about 15pounds of fat. Taking 500mgs of Enthanate to preserve muscle while doing this. Whats a good T3 cycle and how much so I can loose the last 15 pounds in about 10 or 11 more weeks and come off and not mess up my thyroid or gain the weight back??? Calories are at 2300 a day and doing cardio. Already lost 15pounds and kinda of at a standstill. Thanks for the help!!

Well, I wouldn't use high amounts of t3 for long periods of time...once you get off the stuff you'll have a rebound of fat.

I would add in some more cardio if possible...use an ECA and Clen alternating instead. Make sure that you slowly ramp down with the t3...
 
2300 is still alot, I would tone down the carbs, keep dropping by 25 every other wk untill you get to about 50 or so. How much cardio are you doing? best fat butning cardio would be a 45 min session first thing in the am on an empty stomach. Then polish of 30min after workout in the evening. T-3 I woulnd't use anymore than 7 wks. 5 would be good for your first time. taper up and down by 20-25 mcg a wk. Warning tough, I've gone as heigh as 100 before, and after 50 it seems to effect your energy level. 75 is tolerable but above that I was a space cadet and very fatigued.

Here is a way that a newbie should run it........

week 1 25mcg ed
week 2 50mcg ed
week 3 75mcg ed
week 4 100mcg ed
week 5 75mcg ed
week 6 50mcg ed
week 7 25mcg ed
week 8 25mcg ed for 3 days and 12.5mcg ed for 4 days

You'll need to add an anabolic to the mixture to prevent the T3's from breaking down the muscle! Also, you can add Clen and an ECA stak to the mix for better thermogenic effects!
