need some help people

hey, if got a couple questions,
1. Im trying to bulk up as much as i can because im not to thick, im pretty much skinny and cut, i want to be a lot thicker, what do you guys think is the best gear out there to bulk with?
2. I work out about everyday, maybe 6 times a week, is it not good to work out everyday, or is every other day better, let me know what yall think and why, thanks
3. I am taking a cycle now, and pretty much every shot i get, its hurts like crap, is there anything i can do to avoid the pain a little bit less?

what are your stats and what are you taken now? hopws your diet..and you could be trainin too much i go 5 days on 2 off when on cycle and sometimes 4 on 3 off when off cycle..read your body
 
ok lets see for question 1 as for gear to help bulk a good test and deca are always a good bulker

Q 2 I would not work out more that 4 to 5 times a week with 2 days rest or you will risk over training

Q 3 what are you on ? how long have you need on it and what is the total weeks you will be on ?

bump for your stats and current cycle...without those it's really hard to help you correctly.
