What up fellas. I was wonderin if u guys have ever heard of test tightening up muscle's enough to pull one. Lemme know if you've ever heard of that or what you think.

hhmmm, never heard of this. if this is something you're feeling i think it could be from the effect of test on tendons. high testosterone damages, which in turn leads to muscle and tendon tears.

something you can do to combat this is run high cortisol production cycles like 200-300mg/test (for libido, muscle maintenance...) and eq/deca at like 600+mg/week. i recently have done this myself and plan on doing it between mass cycles from now on.

well i play football and at the begining of my season i pulled my hammy. Which is very unusual becuase i never pull muscles. I had just got off m1t when i pulled my hammy. so i was hopin to not pull a muscle again if i started on some test.

The other thing is that tendons take a lot longer to strengthen than it does to build muscle.

mmx2 hit the nail on the head. The test combined with an agressive lifting program can cause the muscle growth to outrun tendon growth.
