Am on dbol for 1.5 weeks now,

Hey guys, just wanted to hear your opinions on this...
Am 22 years old, 6'8 205lb (b4 cycle) with at least 13% bf. Am on 1.5 weeks of dbol at 15mg a day, I take 2 in the mornin with breakfast or lunch and one at dinner time and i was gonna for a short cycle of 4-5 weeks and increase the dosage every week, So far i gained 6/7 pounds. I work out at about 1-1.5 hours with two body parts a day and i also try to do cardio for about 20 minutes 2-3 times a day. I eat every day pretty much the same times sometimes more...
8Am breakfast
10 snack with shake
12pm lunch
2 snack b4 work out
4/5 dinner
8 snack
10snack
12shake
And after the cycle i was think, takin proviron, clomid and nolvadex
Any feedback, response will be appreciated.. thanks guys...
 
I hope your taking some antiaromatase with that dbol a friend of mine just got out of Gyno surgery ended up costing him 4 grand. (ouch)
 
I know people that use 10mgs a day as a bridge between cycles just to keep their bodies on the anabolic side. At 15 mgs a day at your heigt 6' 8" for 4 to 5 weeks I doubt you'd even need pct. An anti e should be kept handy, if you have proviron that should do cause proviron is an estrogen antagonist. You could probably get away with 3 or 4 times that amount of dbol and hardly see any sides but I don't know how your body reacts to it and if your prone to gyno, just pay attention to your body. If your growing off of 15mgs of dbol than more power to you, keep up the good work.

If you can get good results at 15mg / Day bro, that's great....as for your diet schedule.....what kind of caloric intake and protein levels are you consuming???? and what's your water intake like???
 
Thanks for the replys, My caloric intake is really high, i eat about 7-8 a day on a good day and water intake could go up a bit i drink at least all my meal with water and i drink water through out the day, I started with 10mg of dbol and now am at 15mg and next week am gonna up it to 20mg.. so far i have gained about 9-10 lbs in just two weeks and my workouts are very good, am up on every lift and i like it..... Is Gyno painful? I know i have don't have any lumps yet, and it doesn't feel like so i guess am good.. What do u guys recommend for Cardio with the Cycle? Yay , Nay... I appreciate it alot with the help and support..
 
10 lbs in two weeks on 15mgs of d-bol?!! anyone else out there jealous of this guy!!! im lucky to get 10 lbs after a month of sus @ 500 mgs a week Plus 25 mgs of d-bol e\d for the first three weeks! with the d-bol...make sure you are taking evening primrose or milk thistle to help your liver. lots of water for the bloat
 
So no cardio, Yea i weighed my self this morning b4 my work out and i was at 214lbs, I take 500mg of milk thistle everynite, am takin vitamins and am eatin like a mad man, i chow every 1.5 -2 hours, I get hungry easily....Any good workout for shoulders and neck would be appreciated.. Guys any Suggestions??

Tell us what your workout is currently for delts and neck. You indirectly work neck on a lot of exercises but are you working it because you are a powerlifter?
 
My current delt and back workouts are...
For delts.. I do front lateral raises, Seated shoulder press, military press, Side lateral raises, behind the neck press, I do cleans with press at the top. For back i do, Lat pulldowns, One arm Row, Cable rows, Back tensions, Lat pullups. I usually do about 3-4 sets of 8,6,4,2 reps goin heavy on every set. thanks for the replies.

Agreed. If you must do cardio keep it short and light and 3 times a week -- I think you should cut it totally till you finish the mass cycle. On a dbol cycle you are looking to pack on mass -- cardio on a mass cycle is like laying bricks every morning and then taking a sledge hammer to your work every night -- you get nowhere.
