What is the best way to inject L-Carnitine. Sub cutaeous or Intermuscluar?

I have been shooting it IM (glutes) for the pass week @ 200mg/mL.

You are supposed it inject in the areas are having concerns with.

not to go against your info but so far I have read that you are to take it IM I could be wrong but from the research I have so far all points to IM injections

I heard that you can inject both ways, but I am worried about shooting it in my Abs or in the fat aroung the Ab area.

I really have not seen too much of a difference to my body, that is why I am asking if there is a better way or am do it right.
