MS store product ?

Researching anti's I noticed the products at MC are similiar to the real deal.
Aqua-dex is similiar tamoxifin
fem is similiar to letrozole
Also,
Is the aqua-dex similiar to nolva or anastrol.The description of the product leans towards prevention.
Anastrol prevents gyno and nolva helps treats the symptoms.
Question is are these products proven to work like their mother or is it a gamble with gyno.

Any information will be helpful, one can't be to careful with GYNO.
