Weight gainer!! powder

I need some info, can i use weight gainer while on gear,? am tryin to use Champion weight gainer 900 ? any advice would be appreciated, i have gained weight on just gear, and eating and drink protein shakes twice a day.. but i want to gain more and i heard that when you are done with gear you are opt to keep half of the gain so i was think gettin to up to 235-240 and end up to about 225 solid after...I will appreciate any feed backs.. thanks guys
 
Look at the ingredients. Save your money and buy 10 lbs of sugar, some cheap stomach grinding whey and a can of lard.
Weight gainer mixes are one of the great ripoffs in supplement history.

you can take it whenever bud..its just a MPR really..its about 600 cals 85 grams of carbs and 56 grams of protein...with milk and a EFA you can get upwards of 800 cals...
 
I like weight gainer shakes they are a great way to get high calories while on a bulking cycle try to get 5500 cal in a day with out it (can be done but hard) but come up with some high cal stuff on your own I have made a 1200+ cal protein shake with

milk 24oz
1/2 oatmeal
1/2 cup icecream
2 tblsp peanut butter
2 scoops whey protein
 
yeah bro, you can take it with gear or without. however, when your not on gear you will be less hungry and you will not be able to eat as much and most of the gains may be fat. So I wouldn't drink as much while off. While on how ever, I drink as many of those bastards as I can I also add a table spoon of flax seed oil. which makes the shake about 720cals. Main thing is your cals and protein. your carbs and all that will came with the high cals. good luck bud. snifff sniff, I feel like a mother sending her child to school for the first time:D

If you really want that many calories then just mix 30 gms of aussie caseinate with 20 gms of microfiltered whey protein and 20 gms of milk protein isolate for protein, 2 table spoons of olive oil and 1 table spoon of virgin coconut oil, teaspoon of cinnamin and sugar to taste. This will be over 750 calories according to the amount of sugar.
