ATW is a great company with a responsive set of owners.
However in buying flavors in quantity...uhhh.
I bought 10 lbs of orange isolate. It tasted like orange pushups...was great for the first 2 lbs. That was April...I still have 6 lbs left...lol. I went through 5 lbs of their chocolate since then,,,lol,

I think it would sounds good for about a week, then I would get tired of orange pushups :)

Well, i hope so. I used to use another company but because of how i was treated and what happened during my last order i will never use them again. I hope ATW is all its cracked up to be.

I've been through about 30lbs of it in about 3 months. I'm glad you all warned me about the orange because that was the next flavor to try. I've had banana, strawberry and chocolate, they all taste great (for protien) and I like how I can put it in a container, pour some milk or water in, and shake and its mixed!! Really convenient for me cause I'm on the go, great prices too!!

Does their choc. taste more like chocolatte or is it kinda missing something like all of the rest of the choc flavors on the market?

I think it tastes like chocolate. In my opinion one of the best tasting chocolate proteins out there.

Isolate is strictly fast acting protien, blend is a blend of the fast acting (isolate) and the slower acting (concentrate).

I prefer the Whey Protein Concentrate because it's a hell of a lot cheaper, like half the price of Isolate, and honestly there is not much of a difference between them.........

Your body absorbs both proteins at about the same rate. It's liquid we're talking about here........ It all gets digested within 30 - 45 minutes and your body utilizes all the protein either whey (pun intended).

The isolate has less lactose, genereally mixes a lot better and usually contains less sugars, but that's about as far as the differences go.

If you want to go for isolate, that's cool, I'll buy double the protein you do though and stick with my concentrate.

Heres a quick All They Whey recipe for yall fresh out of my, "Damn not another protein shake" recipe book!
1 scoop ATW Chocolate
1 scoop ATW Strawberry
6 oz water
3 oz milk
1/2 bannana
4 frozen strawberrys
4 ice cubes
put all in blender at once, go take a piss, come back and turn off blender.
If you REALLY wanna spice it up and get in some sugar and carbs throw in half a cup of blueberry, strawberry, cherry, hell any flavor yogurt, it will give even better consistency to your shake.
Im the mad protein shake scientist I tell you!
I might make a recipe for a orange, strawberry, bannana shake soon. I need orange and banna!

I have tried optimum nutrition, beverly (really good!), GNC and about a thousand other companies' protein and ihave to say that all the way has the best tasting protein shake that i have ever tried. After drinking that nasty ass GNC chocolate kind...i got the ATW chocolate and it tasted like some damn Nesquick or Ovaltene....awesome!
