just finished my third cycle of m1t,added n02 to the stack i was doing for the last 11 days ,the results were none exsistant.there were no mind blowing pumps especially ones that lasted for hours afterword. any results i did see were from the m1t which included strenth gain as well as weight gain.although my muscles were tight and hard that was always the case while using m1t,that was my reasoning for adding the n02 i thought this would inhance the results....wrong!!!! i am totally sold on m1t the results are always awsome but beleive me ive done m1t long enough now that if no2 had something to offer i would have noticed.in canada it costs anywhere from $80. up. i will finish the bottle and let you no if it helped in regard to saving any gains.for now save your money and stick to creatine and glutimine...

I agree, No2 was one of the most over-rated supplements ever. You could try the swole v.2 by syntrax, its a creatine and I like the little pump I got when I took it before a workout, or san v12-wheelz

definately......I have a few buddy's that swear by the shit....the funny thing is that they only hit the gym hardcore when they are taking the no2........wonder why they have good results????? I've told them that, but they just wont listen

I've always found Creatine gives me a lot of energy for my lifts and allows me to recover faster. It's a lot cheaper than N02 as well.

I agree with Zylo. Creatine works way better than NO2.

I've had a couple friends say N02 did help them, but it wasn't what they expected with all the hype, and it was more money than they would have liked to have spent. :)

I might try the N02 in the new year, if the price comes down a little bit....
