I'll be honest, the first one was a 15mgs dbol, 10 mgs winny ED for 4 weeks. I'll tell you, I got some strength increase on that one, but no real weight. And the strength went away went I was done. lol, what a jerk I was, lol.
My first real, educated one was EQ and enanthate. I think it was 500 test e and 400mgs EQ EW for 10 weeks with a 35mgs dbol kicker for the 1st 4 weeks. I beleive my weight started at 220 and I ended at 245 at my heaviest. Wasn't all tissue, of course.
Then I realized that diet was key. I was one of those slow learners. What a waste.
