What's the hardest for YOU?

Some people it's the diet. Some the training, some the sleep. Some the frequent injections. What's it for you?

Sleep.

I work a 7 week rotating schedule at work, so it is impossible for my body to get used to going to sleep and waking up at the same times. I am constantly waking up throughout the night and have problems falling asleep because my body never knows what's going on. I don't get the rest I know my body needs.

sleep/rest. with my job though it's almost impossible to get my meals in though, so i only get 3-5 meals on fri, sat, sun.

gotta be the diet part....only when cutting though, when bulking I do it clean, but i always get to eat and am never hungry..i cant stand being hungry...

getting interference from colds and such, virus sinus cold made me miss almost two weeks one after another during a heavy cycle.
so Sickness(lowered immune response and daycare stuff kids sick) and diet.
when im low in time anything goes for meals.

diet by far. its so hard to eat enough. i've been lately, but i know that another 1000cal would really help. How do the pro's have the appetite to eat enough to get to freak status? i want to walk on stage at 225lbs at 5'8

eating is easy, i sleep great and don't do bad shit. the hard part for me is getting my lazy ass motivated to go to the gym during off season. i know that is the time when i should be a work horse but i just can't get into it. anybody got any good motivation techniques?

For me it's the diet. I have the training part and the rest down.

QB, what motivates me is I have an image in my head from what I see in the mirror of what I could be. I just remember that I have to do the work for it because no one else will.

it varies...

sometimes it can be the diet...here lately it has been getting the motivation to go to the gym...i have never been like that before, but i was sick for about a wk about a month ago now...so, maybe something will kick in soon...

yeah i understand that, but the big thing for me is that i really do not enjoy lifting weights at all, i do it cause it is mandatory in collison sports. i love competetion in sports but i just can't love the pain of lifting like the rest of you guys do. i am a fitness nut and going to school for the proffession but the actual act of lifting is not fun for me.

Diet and sleep are both somewhat hard. My body doesn't want to go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 6. More like go to sleep at 2 and wake up at 11.
