Could you guys help me out. I'm wondering how some of you felt when you first started taking them (either one) how did it effect your body and the way you felt. How fast did it make your recovery and what was your training like on it. And which one do you think is better overall.
A lot more of us have tried IGF now so we can give you some better direct feedback on that product. Firstly, your results largely depend on how much you react to IGF. Some people have tried it and really didn't get much in the way of results. Others like myself have been having good success with it. You won't be able to tell how you will react without trying it.
To answer your questions (answers based on MC's product):
After injection (IM), you may feel something akin to muscle soreness after a workout which for me lasted all day, diminishing a little by the end of the day. The muscle can noticeably 'pump' up, and it feels and looks larger. The muscle also feels denser.
In exercising, you get an extreme pump which can even be painful depending on how hard you work out. The soreness and the pump can sometimes limit your workout so a lot of times you can't lift as much as you usually do. Recovery seems to be about normal, except for sore joints which seem to heal faster.
If I remember correctly, you have to take a lot of hGH for a while to see the same kind of results. hGH gets broken down into IGF anyway so it is more cost effective to get the IGF instead so in terms of cost and results, IGF is better IMO.
There can be some sides to IGF, of which headaches are the most prominent. IMO, that can result from the way you sit a lot of times because any muscle use causes a pump in that muscle--so if you are constantly leaning forward and holding your head up (really), your neck muscles can get tight and give you a good headache. Some say that their appetite goes up--even to an extreme hunger--I have not experienced that from IGF alone, but I have experienced it from vitamin b12 taken along with IGF.
Your gains from IGF are permanent, but they are not really large gains, so you have to be really patient while on this stuff. If you want quick gains, then IGF is not for you.
