The Black market is a tricky place and can be hard to navigate safely for buying gear especially for new people, Its always best to buy from a trusted source or well known friend, this again can be hard for new people to the sport, at MC we don't allow anyone to ask for sources, and I get lots of Private Messages from Newbies asking for sources they have 1 or no posts a temporary yahoo or hotmail address and they reek of Cop, many have been snared lately by these cops with nothing better to do like keep WMD out of the county.
But my point is If you are approached by email or PM and it's not someone you know well , and I mean very well don't reply!
Your best bet if you a newbie is a Mexican mail order source, always confirm these with a person who has used them as they can be scams too or just do a search for an online mail order Pharmacy who offers gear then again confirm again with someone who has used them.
The black market has become a treacherous place many people are facing big fines and lots of jail time just for discussing gear sources, So always know who you are talking too.
Keep in mind their are people employed by our government who are taking this very seriously and are looking to trap you into revealing a source or "conspiring to sell" or "conspiring to buy" they both carry the same legal repercussions as actually buying or selling and they are just fishing for people.
Use common sense if a person looks shady I.E. temporary email, newbie with no posts ect. Don't discuss anything about the black or even gray market.
And like I said your best bet if you are new is just to do a goggle search for Online Pharmacy's that specialize in gear then confirm their authenticity with a good board Mod or Rep or anyone else who has ordered from who can say they are legit.
Also always place a test order look for the cheapest smallest quantity of product they offer and order it. If you get it then order more. This might not be the cheapest way but in my opinion the only safe way for someone who is new to the "game"
Once you've been around a few years you pick up some cheaper sources here and there. But to be totally honest my best and cheapest most reliable source to date is an Online Mexican Pharmacy, and I know all the nasty underground sources.
