10 banger is crystallizing...why?/please help

does anybody know i have this 10ml of test enanthate that has about 2 shots in it but its starting to crystallize i think ..and the second bottle seems to be thick and milky and it seems to be crsyatllizing too...what can i do to fix this situation..does this mean its fake..and if not....when its crystallized does that mean there less on the dosage its supposed to be 200mg/ml

it means it doesn't have enough solvents in it. try adding 1/4 ml of bb to help.
