i used to come on this forum awile ago now im back and its even better now, much respect for the top dogs like presser still reppin it hard! i've done test,deca,dbol and one test only cycle before. naturally im strong and stocky but tend to get the belly if i dont work out .now im back in it i know all about the muscle memory but just wanted to hear from some guys that went through this before . its been 2yrs since i've been in the gym and now its my second week im going crazy im in love with my long lost love bodybuilding my #1 biiatch!!! im doing 2 shakes,1bar, creatine complex,multi-v,tons of water and just getting into the meals and stuff. from experience what are some suggestions on training etc. and how long should i train before i touch anything ?
