Aqua Clen question

sorry for the stupid question...but I've searched "aqua clen" trying to figure this out..not getting anywhere!
I just got my aqua clen in the mail today...not sure how to take it...all research seems to come up with insulin pins or needles....can this be taken orally? if so, can you mix it with anything first? and the dosage....is 10 - 20 mcg's a day to begin right?

Hypothetically you can take it orally and chase it down with a liquid.
Normally one dropperful is the dosage, butr you may want to half that if the other is too much for you(possible shakes and/or cramps)

a full dropper might be 200 mcgs depends what it says it is to a ml.

200 mcg's.....if that is the product you have, that's a hell of a concentration. best if concentratiion can be easily measured... hint tabs are normally around 20mcgs/per tab. don't have experience with "aqua clen" but I think you will appreciate the following advice... "Hypothetically", 100-140mcg is a "normal" DAILY dosage. if someone suggests using a pin, it's for measurement only. clen is taken orally. "hypothetically" its best to start at a small dose for your research and increased depending on the response to the sides of clen... jitteryness and shaky hands. as for advice on dosage... "hypothetically" there are great FAQ's available.. just do a search.
